These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pelagos Compass. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Using Pelagos Compass
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in unauthorized ways.
Cost estimates
Pelagos Compass provides estimated travel costs for planning purposes only. Flight, accommodation, transport and other figures are estimates and may differ from actual prices at the time of booking. We are not responsible for bookings made with third parties.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your profile; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Intellectual property
The Pelagos Compass name, content and software are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding or content beyond using the service as intended.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pelagos Compass is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
